My personal journey towards training began after going through a few bouts of Physical Therapy due to sports-related injuries from high school. These experiences greatly impacted my foundation as a personal trainer. I strongly believe that a person should build a solid foundation before progressing forward, both physically and mentally. Once the building block is set, a person’s potential is endless. Training goes beyond the aesthetics; it’s about confidence. Whether it is working past an old injury or entering the next level of your own personal fitness, the confidence in your body to optimally perform under any circumstance is priceless.
