Expect a well-rounded hour of partner-based power in Bootcamp for Climbers. This high-energy circuit conditioning class uses a blend of body weight movements alongside climbing and fitness equipment. The class is divided into stations focused on strength, stability, agility, and cardio, with an emphasis on climber-specific movements. (All levels welcome)
The new classes will be on Wednesdays, from 7:15-8:15pm and Sundays from 11am-12pm in the Lair with Angel Cortez.
